CEO, Cameron LNG
Farhad Ahrabi is chief executive officer (CEO) for Cameron LNG Holdings, a joint venture owned by affiliates of Sempra Energy, Engie, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Japan LNG Investment, LLC, a joint venture formed by subsidiaries of Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha and Mitsubishi Corporation. Farhad is responsible for the management of the Cameron LNG joint venture, which includes the Cameron LNG liquefied natural gas (LNG) receipt terminal in Hackberry, La., and the construction and operation of liquefaction facilities adjacent to the existing terminal.
Farhad has more than 29 years of experience with BG in the LNG and upstream Exploration and Production (E&P) sectors. His nine years of LNG experience with BG includes three years as venture director for BG's LNG project in Canada, Canada LNG, and three years as vice president - Technical for BG overseeing the Atlantic LNG Company as board member. He has also worked with joint ventures in Tunisia, Egypt, Trinidad & Tobago and Brazil related to upstream E&P activities.
Farhad holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Exeter, UK. He also holds a first class honors bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of South Wales, UK. He is a Professional (Chartered) Engineer and a member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers.

Senior Vice President, Terminal Operations
Dan Callens is the Senior Vice President of Terminal Operations for Cameron LNG.
Dan oversees all activities relating to the operation of the existing liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal as well as primary responsibility for establishing the operations and maintenance organization, the management systems and work processes to achieve safe and reliable long-term operation of the new LNG trains for export which are under construction adjacent to the existing terminal.
Dan has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in a variety of engineering, field and plant operations, maintenance, startup and commissioning assignments, including executive level capacities. Dan brings extensive global experience in a wide range of locations and mix of hydrocarbon production which include the Caspian Region of Kazakhstan (Arctic sour oil & gas), Papua New Guinea (LNG – sweet gas), Qatar (LNG – sour gas), Sakhalin Island (Arctic oil & gas), Prudhoe Bay Alaska North Slope, California heavy oil, West Texas CO2 tertiary recovery and offshore Gulf of Mexico.
Dan is originally from South Louisiana and holds a bachelor of science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, as well as, an MBA from Tulane University.

CFO, Cameron LNG
Carla Mashinski is chief financial officer (CFO) of Cameron LNG Holdings. Carla is responsible for all financial, information technology, and human resources management of Cameron LNG, including the existing liquefied natural gas import terminal and the liquefaction facilities which are under construction adjacent to the existing terminal.
Carla has more than 30 years of experience working for a number of diverse energy companies, including Shell Oil Company, Duke Energy, GulfMark Offshore and SASOL. Prior to joining Cameron LNG, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance and Information Management of the North American operations of SASOL, an international integrated energy company. Carla has expertise in building global operational infrastructures and has had executive level responsibility for corporate financial and information management activities, including budgeting and forecasting, treasury, financial reporting, and tax management. In addition she has industry experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial leadership.
Carla is a certified public accountant, certified management accountant, and a certified project management professional. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Chief Engineering & Construction Officer
Farid Bogani is the Chief Engineering & Construction Officer for Cameron LNG. He is responsible for the engineering and construction efforts in support of the development and execution of the Cameron LNG liquefaction project.
Farid has more than 30 years of global experience in LNG project development, project management, liquefaction projects, plant management, operations, commissioning, start-up, plant design and technology, joint venture set-up and new business development in offshore and onshore integrated projects.
He has significant hands-on plant and site specific expertise having been involved in 4 mega (US $10 billion+) world class LNG facilities in the Far East, Australia and Africa. These included senior leadership assignments with Woodside Energy Ltd. for Pluto LNG in Australia, Shell Gas and Power / Shell Global Solutions for Persian LNG in Dubai and Netherlands, as well as engineering and operations leadership roles for Nigeria LNG in Bonny Island, Nigeria.
Farid began his career in various engineering and managerial assignments with Woodside Energy Ltd. in Australia, Brunei LNG Ltd. at Lumut, Brunei, and Shell International Petroleum Maatschappij in The Hague, Netherlands.
Farid holds a bachelor's degree with Class 1 Honors in chemical engineering from the University of Leeds, England.

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Blair Woodward is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Cameron LNG. Blair is responsible for all legal matters and corporate governance for Cameron LNG, and he coordinates and records all meetings and decisions of the board of directors.
Blair has over 13 years of experience as a lawyer, including 8.5 years with BG Group focusing on LNG project work, domestic and international energy marketing, and shale gas transactions. While at BG, he was also responsible for all of the company's legal affairs in Bolivia, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. Prior to joining BG, Blair served as an associate at Andrews Kurth LLP focusing on commercial litigation in federal and state court with an emphasis on representation of clients in the oil and gas industry.
Blair holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his law degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Houston Law Center.

Vice President of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE)
Joel Disatell is the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) vice president for Cameron LNG. Joel is responsible for developing the company HSSE policy, strategy and standards which enable the organization to fully comply with all applicable regulations, underpinned by functional leadership and accountability. He is also responsible for Cameron's Corporate Audit and Compliance Function. As a member of the executive team, he also works to advise the leadership team on HSSE matters to ensure that all HSSE aspects are being managed in a way that protects people and the organization's license to operate.
Joel has a combined 25 years of experience in HSSE management including 22 years with Halliburton Energy Services-Integrated Project Management and 2 ½ years with BG Group. He has worked with joint ventures in Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago, Brazil, Bolivia, and Iraq.
Joel holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and is a current and past member of several industry HSSE and regulatory associations.

Vice President, Government Relations and Public Affairs
Julie Nelson is the Vice President for Government Relations and Public Affairs. Julie is responsible for enhancing Cameron's license to operate, developing and maintaining good relationships with local, state and federal government officials, working with our communities and coordinating our internal and external communications.
Julie has more than 30 years of working with and for government officials, including a senior political appointment under President George W. Bush and Head of Government Affairs (US and Mexico) for BG Group. She also gained extensive managerial experience with the U.S. Navy (both active duty and civilian positions) and with Oceaneering International's Advanced Technologies Division.
Julie holds a bachelor's degree and a law degree from Indiana University along with a master's degree in maritime and admiralty law from Tulane University. She has authored and presented papers at several international conferences including LNG 16, Gastech 2012 and Gastech 2014.

Vice President, Commercial
Guy Braden is Vice President, Commercial, of Cameron LNG. Guy is responsible for the commercial operations of Cameron LNG, including administration of the Liquefaction, Tolling and Regasification agreements, cargo and feed gas scheduling, commissioning feed gas procurement and all related commercial matters.
Guy has over 22 years of experience in the natural gas, power and chemicals industries, including most recently 8 years leading ENGIE North America’s LNG commercial operations and business development functions. While at ENGIE, he also played a key role in the startup and growth of ENGIE’s commercial and industrial power business as head of supply, operations and risk management functions. Prior to joining ENGIE, Guy served in a variety of commercial and analytical roles at Dynegy and Exxon Chemical. He began his career as a nuclear submarine officer in the US Navy.
Guy holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy.
