Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Carla Mashinski is Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) of Cameron LNG, LLC. Carla is responsible for all financial, information technology, corporate communications, and human resources management of Cameron LNG. Her expertise includes building global operational infrastructures and executive-level responsibility for corporate financial and information management activities, including budgeting and forecasting, treasury, financial reporting, and tax management.
Carla has more than 35 years of experience working for a number of diverse energy companies, including Shell Oil Company, Duke Energy, GulfMark Offshore and SASOL. Prior to joining Cameron LNG, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance and Information Management of the North American operations of SASOL, an international integrated energy company.
Carla is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Project Management professional. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Carla also serves on the Board of Directors of Primoris Services Corporation. She was recognized by WomenInc. as one of the 2019 Most Influential Corporate Board Directors; received the 2020 Breakthrough Award from Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and 2020 Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Oil and Gas. In 2021, Carla became NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Directorship Certified™. The NACD Directorship Certification® program equips directors with the foundation of knowledge sought by boards to effectively contribute in the boardroom. She also authored the book Five Attributes to a Successful Career.
