Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Carla Mashinski is Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) of Cameron LNG, LLC. Carla is responsible for all financial, information technology, corporate communications, and human resources management of Cameron LNG, including the existing liquefied natural gas import terminal and the liquefaction facilities that are under construction adjacent to the existing terminal.
Carla has more than 30 years of experience working for a number of diverse energy companies, including Shell Oil Company, Duke Energy, GulfMark Offshore and SASOL. Prior to joining Cameron LNG, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance and Information Management of the North American operations of SASOL, an international integrated energy company.
Carla has expertise in building global operational infrastructures and has had executive-level responsibility for corporate financial and information management activities, including budgeting and forecasting, treasury, financial reporting, and tax management. In addition, she has industry experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial leadership.
Carla is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Project Management professional. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Carla also serves on the Board of Directors of Unit Corporation.
